The Ghost Of Christmas Future
I am not sure what brought me to mass this morning, especially considering I have had difficulties believing in anything lately. Loneliness and despair would be my bet.
I stood behind the back row and staring at me the whole time was a gorgeous little girl that much resembled the two year old version of you, which I’ve seen in a few old photos. She made me smile and cry at the same time....
Rock Star
I just spent Christmas Eve having drinks at the home of a friend who once had rock star status, and is still a prolific singer/songwriter and producer. Thank you for your hospitality. And yet this ultra cool moment in my life is over shadowed by heartache.

The Ghost of Christmas' Past
Not so very long ago, just a few years in fact, I asked my love what she wanted for Christmas. I wondered what she may have wanted to do for the holidays. She told me she wasn’t in the Christmas spirit. She was sad, distant, and jaded.

I’ve done everything I’ve ever wanted with my life even if it was only moderate.
