R.I.P. Martin Streek.
Martin Streek was one of the most recognizable voices in local Toronto radio. As an on-air personality for The Edge spanning over two decades, Mr. Streek had introduced fans to the world of alternative rock with live broadcasts from Toronto Club venues such as the Phoenix Concert Theatre and the Velvet Underground. Martin was found dead Monday. It is believed he commited suicide.
