Feeling A Little Bold
It took 5 different calls to different people at Rogers, several of which knew nothing about the Blackberry Bold release, and those that did were clueless regarding price, contracts, data plans etc. It started with $649 for the phone with 3 year contract and a full-price data plan. I haggled until they conceded the $399 promo price, the 6gb promo data plan, and $10 discount every month during my 3 year contract, for all the aggrevation they put me through today. All in the name of getting a fair price/plan while considering I have been their customer for 5 years. It can be done.
